In the event of cancellation of the rental agreement, we will endeavor to re-let the holiday home. The tenant will only incur a cancellation fee of €25 if we are successful in re-letting the property. Should the tenant provide a replacement tenant, they must inform us of this change before the move-in date; in this case, the cancellation fee will be waived. If the holiday home cannot be re-let for the same period and the tenant does not provide a replacement tenant, the full rental price must be paid. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
